The Sleep Reset is a three-week program designed to help people sleep better. I lead the visual design of the
program, and worked with a cross-functional team including Learning & Development, Marketing, Strategy, Copy
and Casper’s Sleep Advisors to develop and deploy the pilot to internal employees.

The program was structured to take place over the course of three weeks.
Each week had a central theme to guide users as they made adjustments to their sleep habits.
